Critical Incident Management Plan

It is the policy of Ennis Educate Together National School that the Critical Incident Management Team will meet on the 2nd Monday of September and January each year. The purpose of meeting bi-annually is to keep active and up-to-date the school’s readiness to respond to a critical incident. Proceedings/decisions taken at these meetings will be minuted and circulated. A copy of the minutes will be stored in the Critical Incident file in the office filing cabinet.

All members of the Critical Incident Management Team will be supplied with a copy of Responding to Critical Incidents. Copies will also be made available to all school staff.
